Safe Haven is a personal care home that seeks to take the worry out of growing older. We cater to residents with high quality care. Our intimate senior living accommodations, located in Brookhaven, GA, are the perfect fit for people who want to find a home away from home. With over a decade of personal and professional experiences, the Safe Haven homes are a place that provides peace of mind to the friends and families of our residents. We work specifically with adults who have dementia-related diagnoses, Parkinson’s, diabetes, MS, ALS, and PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy). We pride ourselves on building relationships with our residents and work hard to maintain a culture of trust and loyalty.

Getting Started

Safe Haven of Atlanta encourages independence for its residents and treats each person with dignity while also encouraging the resident’s family members and friends to be involved. Residents meet new friends at Safe Haven and no longer feel isolated or out of the mainstream. Our Locations

Our Lenox Park home is surrounded by 25 acres of beautifully landscaped land and two lakes and is just minutes from Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square. The esteemed Buckhead area is conveniently located with easy access to the best shopping, recreational experiences and dining that Atlanta has to offer.

Six private Luxury Senior Living suites are available, either furnished or unfurnished, at both of our Atlanta Assisted Living homes.

My mother had been a resident at Safe Haven at Brookhaven for over 2 and ½ years before passing away; she had lived at several other assisted living and nursing homes for 4 years beforehand. Safe Haven was by far the best facility she had lived at over the years. The staff is highly qualified, kind and compassionate and very responsive to resident and family needs. In addition, the facility itself is a real home on a residential street so there is not an institutional feel, and it is always kept clean. My mother, who had entered Safe Haven very weakly and in poor health, would not have lived as long as she did without the outstanding care provided at Safe Haven: the lead caregiver, Detra, with her quick thinking and skill, saved my mother’s life several times. In addition, the facility manager, Alla, was always available to help out when needed. I feel lucky to have found Safe Haven for my mother and highly recommend it to anyone with a family member who needs caregiver assistance!

Perfect setting for my 93 year old mom who just needed more help than Assisted Living could provide. The 6:1 ratio was perfect. I figured it was about the same cost as a semi-private room at a nursing home but way more personal.

Safe Haven has been a blessing in so many ways.

My dad was previously in an assisted living facility. Due to covid, I was unable to see him for 7 months. As a result, many things were missed, the attention to detail was just not there. So, I decided to look for another option.

Dad has been at Safe Haven for a while now and is doing great. What a difference! This place has taken the constant worry off of my shoulders. I wish i had known about this place years ago, but I am greatful we are here now. The staff are well trained and compassionate. The cherry on top is that I am now able to see my father face to face!
